GENERAL PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Nuvé (New-vay) is the new way of vodka. Using a new way of purification to removal impurities, Nuvé has forged ahead as the new way of ultimate, premium, smooth vodka.

Nuvé Vodka is made from only two ingredients- wheat and water. Our Australian soft wheat is expertly sourced, screened and tested to ensure the highest quality specifications are met and only the very best ingredients reaches our bottles. Our vodka is then blended with purified water to carry through the delicate wheat notes of our Nuvé Vodka.

Nuvé Vodka is made using starch from a wheat substrate and through the artistry of our distillation processes, we are able to craft a gluten free Vodka.

Nuvé Vodka is made in the heart of Melbourne at Grand Master Distillery. At Nuvé, every step of the production process from grain to bottling is done on site at our home distillery in Brooklyn.

Our Australian harvested whole wheat grain is milled into the finest flour to ensure every part of the grain is captured and contributes to the fuller and earthier tones of our vodka. The flour is then mashed using a complex cooking schedule and a cocktail of enzymes to release the golden sugars from the flour is used. Under tightly controlled conditions, a unique and very select strain of yeast is used to convert the sugars into our golden spirit whilst ensuring only good flavours and aromas are produced. The spirit is then double distilled using a pot copper still and a 20-column copper still to produce the cleanest possible alcohol. A very narrow cut of the hearts of our alcohol is then purified and rectified using a complex purification protocol to produce our clean, crisp and premium Nuvé Vodka.

Only the very best alcohol will reach our Nuvé bottle. Many alcohol manufactures dilute good alcohol with undesirables to maximise and volume  profits. At Nuvé we cut out all the nasty, undesirable alcohols and only ever allow the good alcohol to reach our bottle. We have pioneered an intensive purification protocol that further removes any impurities that potentially escape the fine cuts to produce a vodka that is cleaner and silky smooth on the palate.

Nuvé Vodka is clean, crisp and neutral in taste with a just a slight impression of sweet undertones. It coats the palate with a slight buttery, smooth mouth feel. Our signature recipe is precisely developed to ensure there is no front or back of mouth burn often present with vodka.

Nuvé Vodka is best enjoyed neat, straight from the bottle. There is no need to cold mask nasty, front and back mouth burns like most other vodka at Nuvé we cut out all the nasty alcohols for an all-round smoothness that can be appreciated at any temperature. Our neutral profile also perfectly complements any cocktail of mixer of preference.

Every bottle of Nuvé Vodka has 40% alcohol by volume.

It is against the law to sell or supply liquor to, or obtain liquor on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. In placing a and order for Nuvé Vodka, you warrant to Grand Master Distillery that;

  1. You are over the age of 18 years and will produce evidence of age to the satisfaction if requested at the time of delivery,
  2. Any person that you are obtaining the Goods for, or supply the Goods to, is over the age of 18 years, and
  3. You will not take or supply any part of your order to any liquor-restricted area or community.

 

We may cancel your order before delivery if your order is in breach of this Agreement or any other relevant terms and conditions or is contrary to any law (see terms and conditions). In the event that your order is cancelled, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible, to advise you of the cancellation. We will not deliver your order if delivery circumstances are considered unsuitable for any reason, including;

  1. Likely recipient of the ordered products appears to our delivery personnel to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  2. Under the age of 18 years or acting for or on behalf of a person who we consider may be unsuitable to accept delivery for any reason (including because they may be under 18 years)
  3. Requests for verification (such as proof of identity or age) are not met
  4. Unclear instructions authorizing deliver to be left unattended in a safe place
  5. Risk of damage or theft of goods upon delivery

In order to comply with liquor laws, an adult over the age of 18 years must be present to accept the delivery and may be required to present appropriate identification. In the event you cannot accept the delivery, you may provide specific delivery instructions and authorisation for the delivery to be left at the premises provided it is safe and cannot be accessed by minors. It is to the delivery personnel’s discretion to leave an authorised delivery at the premises and may be prohibited under Australian Liquor Laws. In this event, collection instructions will be provided by the delivery personnel. Please note that unattended liquor deliveries are not available in some areas in Australia.

Our team at Nuvé Vodka will pick, package and dispatch your order within 24-48hours from Monday to Friday (except public holiday). Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of your tracking details. If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your junk mail and contact us at nuve@gmdisitllery.com

We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the timeframe of your selected delivery option. In any event where you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact the courier on your tracking details or contact us directly at nuve@gmdisitllery.com

We will offer a full refund in accordance with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law for any defective goods. We do not offer any refunds for change of mind purchases. If your product is defective on arrival, please contact us within 7 days at nuve@gmdisitllery.com

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to cancel or alter the order. Please carefully check your order before finalising it.
